Come in and experience the wonderful warmth of our Infrared sauna! An infrared sauna is heated with solo-carbon heaters which produce a dry, comfortable heat.

Infrared rays are beneficial and completely safe. The output of rays is set at just the point when water molecules in your body resonate, therefore releasing any stored toxins through your sweat.

This Sauna is available to non-members as well as FitEx members.
