Spinning is a non-impact class that is done on indoor cycles, in a group setting with an enthusiastic spin instructor leading the way. Lively music plays to get us going! Featuring sprints, hill climbs and endurance, Spinning is ideal for weight loss. Our bikes are state-of-the-art Keisers and the only ones on the island. Whether you are a beginner or an elite triathlete training for your next triathalon, get ready for the ride of a lifetime as each class works for all levels. Spin workouts are not only challenging, but FUN! Come and see why our spin classes are called 'the best on Vancouver Island'-but be careful--it's addictive! These extremely popular classes are free for FitEx members.
Some important Spin class reminders:
*Please arrive to class at least 5 min before class and ensure you have checked in at the front desk. Staff will replace you in the class if you have not checked in at the front desk.
*Spin Requests will be accepted for the following month on the 20th of the present month. i.e. September 20th for October's spin classes.
*Please wipe down your bike and mat after the class and take all personal belongings with you.
